Justice (Prof) Joel Ngugi has officially been received at the Court of Appeal, Kisumu by the Presiding Judge Justice Patrick Kiage. He will serve alongside Justice Francis Tuiyott and Lady Justice Mumbi Ngugi. Kisumu Court of Appeal now has four Judges.
