💃 Move your body, even just for 10 minutes. You’ve probably already been told that daily movement can help reduce depression and anxiety. This doesn’t need to be a 6am HIIT class. A 10 minute walk around the block works too!
📔 Write, especially about what’s worrying you. Journaling about difficult experiences can reduce stress and increase resilience.
