I get so intensely #focused on what I’m doing that I can block everything else out of my mind. Whenever I can, I jump on my bike with Grayson or take my dog for a hike. I believe it works wonders to reduce my stress levels. I feel so #rejuvenated after a hike!
You can prevent over-snacking and stop #overeating with just a few simple rules for mind and body satisfaction. Rule #1: Take small sips of water in between bites. You’ll start to feel full faster, which will help prevent overeating while keeping you hydrated at the same time.
