Blog | Pro athletes are said to typically reach their peak potential at age 27. Unlike an NBA star, your age has very little impact on your peak potential as a real estate professional. But market conditions do. Let’s talk about it in today’s blog. tomferry.com/blog/capitaliz…
We have 5 months to finish the year and achieve what you deserve. Accept the challenge? . Let’s go!

You cannot be successful in business unless you earn people’s trust.
How will you scale your service? Scale your reach? Scale your ability to connect with more people? How will you market yourself to become “the obvious” person to speak to?
The more I read the data and reports on the impact of video and consumer behaviors… . The more I’m proud of SOOOO many of our clients who’ve adopted video over the last 14 years.

As we live through one of the great real estate markets booms… with home values up, commission income up… when the music stops (and it always does) what will you have to show for it?
I know it’s old school, but I’ll say it anyway, “it’s NOT what you make, it’s was you save and invest!”
Mindset Monday | You’re not expected to save people from burning buildings, but for this week, I’m challenging you to adopt the firefighter’s code for how you approach your real estate career.
Innovation is the fuel that keeps my engine roaring, not sputtering. It’s a never-ending quest for any form of improvement, efficiency and productivity.
The rumors are true…I am back on the road! So excited to see you in Texas for my first few events this week.🤠 . Did I mention they are FREE? >>tfi.media/3ARGxIHUI
Value is the only asset that keeps you viable. If your clients do not perceive value in what you do, all is lost.
We often describe mental toughness as something you use to get to the finish line: -finish what you start -just keep going -never give up But grit may be more powerful as something you use to get to the starting line: -never miss a workout -always show up -do it everyday

Without trust, relationships shred and fall apart into nothingness. You cannot be successful in business unless you earn people’s trust.
Striving for greatness means never apologizing for having big goals and dreams.
Greatness is seeded within us all. Cultivating it begins by making a commitment to live, work and play at “Level 10” each and every day.
The question of whether the real estate market is a bubble ready to pop seems to be dominating a lot of conversations – and everyone has an opinion. Check out @KCMcrew's blog! keepingcurrentmatters.com/2021/07/01/are…
Join networking or community groups. Strike up conversations at local events. Invite people you don’t know from your database out to lunch to pick their brains and get to know them.
How much do you plan to profit when all is said and done? Figure it out and keep that goal visible to drive you over the next 14 months!

If you pick up the phone with a nagging suspicion that you’re bothering people, you’re never going to forge the type of relationships successful agents do with their prospects. Mindset plays a huge role in your success or failure when making your calls.
Blog | I see three obstacles standing squarely on your path to greatness right now... Agents who have figured out how to overcome these obstacles are succeeding big time. . Those who aren’t... not so much. So let’s talk about it. tfi.media/36PwRR9
Stop spending money on dumb stuff and start getting smart about your finances!
Work/Life balance is so important. If you want it to happen … you’ve got to schedule it in, just like everything else in your day! Stay present and enjoy a good meal with the ones you love.
Always start with the personal and professional end results. The goal here is to start at the end, and work backwards. Ask yourself, “What are my goals?” Then SCHEDULE the time to produce the results.

Remember: Work expands to fill the time we allow for its completion. So if you don’t create some boundaries, your work will just keep expanding to dominate your life.
Do the important stuff first! These are the things that are really going to move the needle in your business. So when you’re looking at your day, schedule them for the AM, and when you’re scheduling for the week, plan them for Monday or Tuesday.
There are always going to be people or things that distract you. The key here is to block out your schedule so that there’s no room for those energy-sucking vampires!
Do everything in blocks of time! Instead of trying to multi-task on a million different things, schedule out your day in blocks.
Do what others aren’t willing to do for five years… and do whatever you want the rest of your life.
#MindsetMonday | A big part of being a coach is figuring out how people are wired and what motivates them. For some, it’s trying to re-create the success they’ve achieved previously. Look inside yourself and figure out the answer to this question: “What drives you?”
Make sure to delegate. You don’t need to be the one doing every last task in your business. Outsource what can be done without your direct involvement and make sure to stick to your HABU (Highest And Best Use of your time).
In those decisive moments, make the difficult choice (“choose your hard”) and power through. Consistent action is what makes goals and dreams come true.

When you fail to do the things you need to be doing to generate more business, someone else will.
Today’s consumer deserves more. Today’s consumer deserves you. Make your calls.
The next time you don’t feel like making your calls, remind yourself that if you don’t, you’re leaving your neighbors exposed to lesser quality care and service…. with their single greatest asset.
If you truly believe that you’re the best, you have an obligation to pick up the phone and connect with people. Make it your priority… Call your database. And go beyond!
