Extraordinary that this is perceived as Uber's "decision" to "give" drivers worker rights. Employment Tribunal ruled in 2016 that drivers were workers. Uber lost 3 appeals, and have now only partially implemented the ruling, still asserting drivers not workers when not on a job.…
