The length of time between the whitefish at @Kukkolaforsen being caught and smoked is—no exaggeration— 20-60 minutes. It is ludicrously fresh. What isn’t smoked will be cooked fresh, or frozen for later in the year. The fishing season is only about 6 weeks #presstrip @visitsweden
