As we finish up Week 4, we had to collaborate and communicate with each other to reach our goals. Also, what's in the box?!
This week, our VEX teams travelled all the way to freezing cold Wisconsin to participate in the VEX Signature competition. 3 of our teams qualified for the Round of 16 and made it to the quarter finals! Additionally, 254F won the Create Award and 254D won the Build Award.

This weekend, our team competed in the VEX Gael Force Battle of the Bay tournament! Special shoutout to 254F, who placed 2nd at the competition! Thanks to our alliance partner 1772A!
Prototyping has been a big part of our FRC Week 2, and with that comes a need for creative ideas. How does your team innovate?
As we wrap up FRC Week 1, our team has been involved in various activities, ranging from prototyping to field construction to elementary robot design. We hope this week has been full of progress and learning!

MTTD 2019 was exciting! Our comp robot from last season, Backlash (254) placed 13th, and we partnered with 1323B, 4698, and 6174B to reach the semifinals. Our summer project swerve drive (9254) placed 12th, and we partnered with 1662, 5104B, and 2135 to reach the quarterfinals.
Recently, our outreach team hosted booths at the Bay Area Science Festival at Oracle Park 11/2 (pictures 1-2) and the Discovery Day event at CSU East Bay 10/26 (pictures 3-4). Swipe to see some pictures of our robot as well as our team members in action!
