Practicing a dish for an upcoming event. Basque seafood stew. Cod, shrimp, scallops and mussels cooked in white wine, tomatoes, saffron, paprika, garlic etc. Mixed with a base of chickpeas cooked with chorizo. On the side, toast topped with a decidedly garlicky rouille.
