We will always remember her warm heart, generous spirit and passion for making a difference in this world. Let’s keep NJ and her family in our prayers this Christmas and Holiday season and redouble our efforts to remember and emulate her example of true public service.

It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing of Fred Martinez a few days ago . Fred was always upbeat and happy, advocating for affordable, quality healthcare and generally an enthusiastic cheerleader for St Charles Parish and the NOLA region. He will be missed.
