So I was watching the hearing on #ABSCBNfranchise, fell asleep, woke up, and we're STILL on Gabby Lopez's citizenship?!!

WE CONDEMN. RELEASE OUR STUDENTS NOW.
A protest against the widely criticized Anti-Terrorism Bill in UP Cebu was violently dispersed today. 7 were arrested, including UP Cebu student leaders. This is exact proof of how far efforts would go to silence the dissent of the people.

I'm really NOT here to tell you what to think, but I'm here to encourage you to do your research, come up with your own analysis in order to have a better understanding on what’s happening to our country now (7/8).
But the terms, wordings, definitions (in my 'average citizen' POV) need refining in several sections as they seem vague and ambiguous (as everyone is also already pointing out)…but hey, I ain’t an expert in politics and I ain't a lawyer. (6/8)
It’s like your house is on FIRE but instead of putting out the fire and saving your family, you decide to let them SUFFOCATE, while you stand outside the house setting up parameters to prevent burglars. FFS, PUT OUT THE D*MN FIRE FIRST! (4/8)
We’re in the middle of a pandemic but yet, instead of focusing on our existing problems such as mass testing, opening the economy with proper plans, fixing public transportation…what do we get? We get avoidable controversies that divide us as a country! (2/8)
With everything that’s happening in our country right now, I cannot understand WHY the Anti-Terror Bill has been marked as urgent while news just broke out that Bayanihan 2 is NOT certified as urgent?!! You gotta be kidding me! (1/8)

UP Institute of Human Rights expresses its strong opposition to Anti-Terrorism bill, says "the ambiguity of the proposed law’s definition of what constitutes terrorism creates a pretext for the commission of a host of human rights violations." | @anjocalimario
There seems to be some misunderstanding on the term mass testing:
1. It NOT trial and error to see what works or what doesn't work. It is NOT testing for a cure or a vaccine.
2. Testing more than 1% of the country's population to find out how many positive cases = mass testing.
