We didn’t play our best by any stretch yet still made it a tight game. A loss always hurts, but let’s learn from our mistakes and come out strong with a positive attitude for the Patriots. Go Jets!
Ok so we get the onside kick score a touchdown and win.
Touchdown. Onside kick. Field goal. Hey, it could happen!
Alright. 11 points behind. Throw every down. Only mix in a screen or draw if you KNOW it’ll work.
Whew!! Nice goin offense. Let’s hope it’s not too serious for Becton.
It’s amazing what missed tackles will do for an offense
That’s one wasted play.
Let’s come out and throw throw throw throw throw.
OLINE! OLINE! OLINE!
Now we’d like to see the OLine step it up.
Nice to see the DLine get to the QB.
Zach’s gonna play better with a little help from his friends.
We need better play by everyone on offense and defense. 1st Half MVP? Ammendola.
I’m happy with an even game at this point.
Pass pressure and good rush stopped that second drive. Not Wilson. He got good marks from me.
Hey Jets Nation, former 12 here letting you know I’m pulling as hard for our Jets as you are. We may have a new coaching staff and a young team, but we can overcome the skeptics and win the game today. Underdogs have won before 😎 Let’s go Jets!!!

(2) and the other was one of my favorite guys, Freddy Dryer, the Giant’s 1st round draft pick that year. I was amazed that 80k fans came out for a PRESEASON game! And we routed ‘em! 😎B
(1) I remember the very first game with the @nyjets vs the @Giants I remember It was August 17th, 1969 at the Yale Bowl in New Haven, CT. They had at least two greats on their team that I remember - one was HOF QB Fran Tarkenton.
They met for the 1st time in Namath’s hospital room, 1965. Hill brought a rose. Namath offered a drink. (Yeah, Joe had booze in the room.) Hill didn’t drink, but didn’t want to seem rude. So he guzzled a glass of scotch. A 50-yr friendship was born. #Jets espn.com/nfl/story/_/id…
