PPF, the Commission and Citizen’s Assembly welcome this as public debate is the lifeblood of a democracy. Reasonable people will agree on the problem and disagree on the solution. They will split over how serious the problem is and whether the cure is worse than the disease.
The only allowance for summary takedowns was instances where hateful content led to the apprehension of imminent danger to the target of the posts. We can expect lively argument to take off during the consultative period.
