#AviationFact We’ve got one of the most advanced storage systems out there! Our vertical lift module holds approximately 100,000 aircraft parts. Think of a vending machine - when our engineers need a certain part, they input its code and in less than 10 seconds, they’ve got it.
Due to ongoing government travel restrictions, we are modifying our return-to-service date to Aug. 31. We are optimistic that key border closures and mandatory quarantines will begin easing, so that we can restart operations. To read more visit: bit.ly/3gaM8yw.
#AviationFact The altitude at which a plane flies is called a "flight level". Eastbound flights fly at odd flight levels (e.g., 23,000 feet) & westbound flights at even numbers (e.g., 24,000 feet). The skies can get very busy and this ensures the safe separation of all planes!
Warna is proof that you’re never too old to travel and to make your lifelong wish come true. Earlier this year we partnered with We Are Young to help make her wish of skating on the Rideau Canal come true. Check out the video they recently released documenting her journey!
Happy International #FlightAttendantDay to our dedicated cabin crew members! Thank you for all you do, and for going above and beyond to ensure our passengers are taken care of and safe. We can't wait to return to the skies and celebrate together!

It's #TravelAgentDay! Thank you to our travel agent partners who represent our brand and support our passengers throughout their travel experience. They're an essential part of our business and they deserve to be recognized for everything they're doing during this difficult time.

🍷🍺 Nothing says Flying Refined like real glassware. We’re committed to improving the sustainability of our onboard experience and products. Glassware on our aircraft helps keep plastic out of landfills. We also use wooden stir-sticks, and paper cups for our hot beverages.
✈🛬 In November, in partnership with@navcanadaa, we began flying Required Navigation Performance-Authorization Required (RNP-AR) operations approaches. On average, these GPS-based flight paths reduce flight time by 2-3 minutes.
