The low at Sky Harbor this morning was a chilly 39 degrees. This is the 1st time that Sky Harbor has recorded at low in the 30's on any day in March since 03/03/2002! It also tied with 1997/1971/1965/1958/1954/1903 for 15th coldest March 1st on record. #azwx
