During my trip to LA this weekend, I visited both the Movie @AcademyMuseum and the Petersen Automotive Museum. Here are a few stories from each. harrisonline.com/museums-of-mov…
Best Thing I've Seen Today: By placing the camera above her, juggler Taylor Glenn created something even more mesmerizing than simply tossing and catching brightly-colored balls and clubs. Watch here: harrisonline.com/best-thing-ive…

Despite my not-too-positive review of “Elvis,” it opened atop the box office charts this weekend, which reminded me of the time I made an even worse prediction involving a terrible Sylvester Stallone movie. Here’s the story. harrisonline.com/a-bullet-in-my…

When the Roe reversal leaked last month, I wrote a piece called “Their Ends Justify Their Means” to explain how we got here. Now’s a good time to re-read it. harrisonline.com/their-ends-jus…

When I started doing morning radio in NYC in '85, I knew I wouldn't be the most popular personality on the station. That's because Dr. Ruth Westheimer held that title. I finally came upon "Ask Dr. Ruth," a documentary that explains why. More: harrisonline.com/ask-dr-ruth/ @AskDrRuth

Best Thing I've Read Today: In the @washingtonpost, Dana @Milbank says if Texas really wants to secede from the USA (again!), we should all say, "Good riddance!" I couldn't agree more, but I don't think they can afford it. Here's why. harrisonline.com/best-thing-ive…

I've posted some new Random Thoughts about Danny DeVito, a monkeypox headline, the streaming series "The Night Sky," and how many pills can they get in that bottle? Read'em here: harrisonline.com/four-random-th…
We recently binge-watched #TheNightSky on @PrimeVideo solely because it stars Sissy Spacek and J.K. Simmons. But after finishing its eight episodes, we wish we could have those eight hours back. Meh.
Until I came across “Romancing The Stone” on TV the other night, I’d forgotten what an amazing comic actor @DannyDeVito is. He steals every scene he’s in.
I just had a prescription refilled, and the label on the bottle tells me it contains 00090 pills. That's the way it's printed, with five digits, which seems like a bit much. Or is someone getting a delivery of more than 10,000 pills at a time?
Once again, Phil, you've explained a complex concept in a way that even I can understand it. Thank you! twitter.com/BadAstronomer/…
The @kmbc headline: “Health officials confirm first probable case of monkeypox virus in Missouri.” No. You can’t have “confirm” & “probable” simultaneously. You mean "officials suspect." Coincidentally, the first symptom of monkeypox is bad grammar. kmbc.com/article/health…
I'm not the pickiest eater, but I'm also not a foodie by any means. That's why I have to keep my phone handy in some restaurants to look up the names of ingredients I've never heard of. Some examples: harrisonline.com/not-a-foodie/

Here's my review of "The Phantom Of The Open," a new root-for-the-underdog movie starring Mark Rylance as a real-life guy who entered the British Open in 1976 -- even though he'd never played a round of golf in his life. harrisonline.com/the-phantom-of…
The 1/6 Hearings should be taking place every weekday at the same time. That would increase viewing. Under their current every-few-days scheduling, most Americans who want to watch don’t even know when they’re taking place.

Here's my review of "Lightyear," Pixar's new entry in the "Toy Story" universe, an animated adventure centered on space ranger Buzz Lightyear versus a villain named Zurg. harrisonline.com/movie-review-l…
Every TV producer watching him must have been thinking, “This guy is killing us!”
I’m a little behind in watching today’s 1/6 hearing and just got to the part where witness J. Michael Luttig spoke deliberately and painfully slowly. Am I the only one reminded of Bob and Ray’s “Slow Talkers of America” bit?
