What'd I think of this latest season of Umbrella Academy?
It was outstanding. On to Westworld.
I'm slightly trypophobic (my sister and daughter are heavily so).
I was smart enough to take off my glasses immediately, but not quickly enough to avoid a first glimpse. š¤¢, Awful, not to mention TOTALLY unnecessary.
If you are any level of trypophobic and you are watching Umbrella Academy, BEWARE of Season 3, Episode 10.

I've seen Papa Smurf in white pants, Smurfette with no top, completely round blue Smurf feet with no toes, etc. Heehee, it's so much fun to catch these moments. I embrace and revel in my nerdiness.

One of my favorite things to do when I take a brief break from writing is watch the Smurfs (a bunch of seasons are on HBO Max) and look for mistakes or moments where something is drawn oddly. Saw this moment yesterday, š.Z
Burrowing Owls are tiny in size but they have the spirit of a lion. This female here is showcasing those ferocious talons off. Females can be differentiated by the darker tones of their plumage, male feathers are more sun bleached.

Periwinkle is just mildly curious (he grew up in Illinois, so heās seen plenty of rain storms, lol).
The gusts of wind here never mean tornado, but I canāt help but internally shrieking, āTornado!!ā every time. Heh, some things you just donāt get over.
Context:
Iām from Illinois and Iāve been in a car [alone] on the road when a tornado touched down in the corn field right beside meā¦so I get a little, um, extra about severe sudden weather. š¬
I still donāt feel I understand this regionās dust storms yet (how they arrive, how quickly, etc), and Iām terrified of those scary walls of rolling dust Iāve seen videos of. Wouldnāt want to be far from home when I see one of those! And how fast are they??
I really want to go out and get some things done but Iām seeing dust storm warnings and severe thunderstorm warnings (man, it rarely rains here!) and they sky is brownā¦Iām just gonna stay put and charge all my devices , š¬.
