The way people react to the Elijah McClain case is a decency test. There’s no grey area...either you think the officers/EMTs were responsible for his death or not. And it should anger any decent person that it took the murder of George Floyd to reignite interest in Elijah’s case
...We're months behind on the habit of mask wearing....even well-meaning people haven't fully developed the habit yet and slip.
How many lives could have been saved if we started in early March along with the calls for hand washing, etc?
I will never forgive the public health officials who told us we didn't need to wear masks. I don't care if it was about supply issues, there was a different way to handle that. They knew countries like Japan have reduced transmission through aggressive mask use in the past.
