This is some very dry, but very clear and comprehensible testimony. Granular. About deadlines. Subpoena acknowledgement. Receipt of subpoena.
Big courtroom. Jurors are seated about 30 feet away from Bannon…. The prosecutor (and podium) stand between jury and Bannon defense table. (Bannon again is dressed in many layers of black clothes) Video screens show copies of subpoena documents and emails.
