The best way to go from EMOTIONAL EATING to DISCIPLINED DIET is: Step 1. Control when you eat (give your body 12-16 hours to digest food) Step 2. Control what you eat (cut out a few obvious baddies) Step 3. Follow a specific food plan. (Get serious results fast!!!) Lets go!
Self-Doubt is only removed by ACTION.... If you’re not working hard enough then that’s when you start to feel the doubt creep in... GET MOVING!
