Do a massive top-to-tail autumn clean of the kitchen and the whole house suddenly feels fresher. Just thought I'd toss that out there for motivation. I've just done it myself and, frankly, I feel cleansed from it, too. Aaauuummm.

We did Easter Eve dinner last night, so we’re rich in leftovers today. I put heaps of parsley, coriander, and dill with the remains of a zucchini, pea, and fava tumble + ham. Great frittata fillers. 🙃 Happy Easter, all! �CX
