Strong minds love problems. They seek formulas and recipes for success. So when they lose it all - they get it back 10x faster. They turn their brain on with nutrition & movement. Because they get the irony: The hardship is the shortcut.
Weak minds run from problems. They walk through life blind and stumbling about. They succeed by accident - and fall apart when they lose it all. They turn their brain off with numbing and euphoria. They don't get the irony: Shortcuts make life harder.
Lesson: In business and health... Nothing matters more than an accurate diagnosis. The wrong solution becomes another set of problems.
A rare gastrointestinal issue. Serious but not life-threatening. Also curable. But not with anxiety meds (like Zoloft)...
Which didn't add up. So I refused. But 1 doctor was keen enough to keep searching. And what'd she find?
For weeks I'd been having what felt like heart attacks. But my heart health markers are perfect. So 6 different doctors suggested meds for anxiety attacks...
Be careful. Avoid one of life's biggest temptations: Giving solutions to problems you don't understand...
In the hospital for esophageal spasms that feel like heart attacks. "If this is my last day alive..." I've thought more about that in the past few days than I have all my life. And I recommend the exercise (without the spasms).

If you put $25k into real estate 100 years ago - today it'd be worth $7.5m. If stashed $25k in a mattress 100 years ago - you lost 99% of the value. This tweet is about more than money. Don't waste your potential.
Check your priorities. Don't bother with: -Meditation -Biohacking -Networking -Finding love If you're not already: -Moving a lot -Eating well -Nurturing your current relationships -Loving yourself

When you're a polymath - meaning you like to study a wide range of things... How you see everything is valuable to the world. So refine your lens - and share what you learn.
The secret weapon of every high performer: Frameworks. All long-term successes are a matter of checking boxes.
The most important rules are the rules you make for yourself.
The real law of attraction: Honesty. It's the best mechanism for attracting what you want in life. But keep in mind... The wrong things must go before the right things come in. So be honest with yourself and the people around you. And endure the churn.
In a world that's constantly changing - ground yourself in things that stay the same. Recessions and market crashes mean very little to those who understand human nature.
Reminder that in life you are not the main character. You are the author. And if you don't accept this role - then someone else is your author.
It's counterintuitive but... The itch for new ideas and knowledge is only satisfied in monotony. You can do anything - not everything. And less is better. So lean in.
How much of what you do will matter in a year? Answer: All of it. So treat every decision like it counts. Because it does. Just not in the ways you'd expect.
Even occasional actions speak louder than everyday words.
What are you reading? I'm listening to Life Force by Tony Robbins.
People implode the same way snakes explode: By biting off more than they can chew. Getting what you want and becoming a person who can handle it are different endeavors. One matters more.
Yogic principle: Know the difference between involvment with something VS identifying with it. What's yours isn't you.
Here's the thing: -Laws -Rules -To dos -Even personal values. It's not about productivity; it's about mastery. If you stick to it - the checklist becomes a dance.
The #1 skill of 2022: Making long-term decisions while life tempts you with short-term options.
It's the same on all fronts: • Having the wrong followers is worse than having no followers. • Serving the wrong customers is worse than serving no customers. • Having the wrong friends is worse than having no friends. Take the time needed to find your people.
Experience is important in business. But so are fresh eyes. Don't let imposter syndrome hold you back from sharing what you know.
I've been writing in the health and wellness space since January - including for: -A keto & IF brand -A mindfulness brand -A supplements brand Trust me when I say: You are responsible for your own health. Not your doctor. Not your spouse. Not Twitter experts. You.
Never mistake a coping mechanism for a solution.

Just when I was getting away from business tweets. There's still work to do.
There's a wisdom that only comes through pain. Would be a shame if you built a life around trying to avoid it.
Featured in Forbes <<< Featured on "Special people" list. Genuinely touched by this.
Embrace your weakness.
My aunt gave me the car I ended up living out of for 8 months. But if she hadn't - I would've been willing to live under a bridge. The best decision I ever made was leaving a poverty-minded community. Don't underestimate the impact an environment has on your well-being.
Happiness isn't the goal. Too much of a good thing ruins people. Because too much of a polar becomes its opposite. What you want is fortification: To handle any feeling that comes up (soberly). Self-care — not self-indulgence.

You can't fix something that was broken by design. Only great changes can bring about great change.
Genius is default. People thrive when we release them of expectations. Stupidity is imposed. "Stupid" people were misled into playing the wrong game.
Self-control is the most important skill. Self-knowledge is the most important knowledge. Otherwise - your world controls you - one dopamine spike at a time.
Procrastination. It's an energy-saving mechanism - not a weakness. Turn it off by letting go of a few things. Simplify your life.
This is one of my favorite Twitter posts so far. I've been reaching for balance so hard, but wholeness feels easy, almost passive. I dig this big time. Sometimes, every once in a while, I don't have to choose between extremes. Trade-offs are part of life. Sometimes, I get both.♡…

Life isn't about balance. It's about wholeness. -Make AND save money. -Work hard AND play hard. -Live life AND avoid death. Don't settle for binaries. Master the spectrum.
Energy is scattered or channeled. A person who channels their energy can achieve more in a year than a scatterer does in 10 years. Pick one thing - and focus.
Achieve a thing through its opposite: -Lose fat by eating fat. -Find ideas in problems. -Exercise to get more energy. -Help yourself by helping others. -Appreciate life by coming to terms with death.

Common sense is not common practice. This will change when we stop valuing theory over action. Until then... Don't speak on things you don't know.
Do less with more. Do more with less. Say less with more words. Say more with less words.
