When Bodyweight squats just aren't enough!!!
I really enjoy weighted dips with a heavy band. I get an insane contraction at the top of the press but it's less impactful on the joints on the way down. The heavy band also prevents momentum so you feel the tension on the muscle the whole time. My Blog buff.ly/2QtX2m5
