Best advice when you’re physically/mentally tired: don’t let your exhausted mind think about anything stressful. Just think about the easy stuff until you can sleep and rest. Your tired brain will just get overwhelmed and depressed. Stop the stressful thought, sleep & then think!
Just a reminder: sometimes what looks like “everything totally going wrong”, falling apart, or ending…is really guiding you to your biggest blessing.

Just dealt with an incredibly rude person at a veterinary office…just remember:
never sink to the level of rudeness someone is dishing out. Stay kind and know you will never be a person who is capable of their “rude level”! It just shows their character & lack of kindness.

I’ve been having kind of an overwhelming/stressful day & tomorrow is my dad’s birthday. I just walked in the house & my phone started playing one of my dad’s favorite songs: “bad moon rising” by Creedence (and I had been listening to only Christmas music before) ❤️😭🙌
I am not ready for it to be Christmas this weekend. I want another month of Christmas music, decorations and twinkle lights everywhere!
