There are plenty of big-name tandems in the field at the two-man Zurich Classic this week, but there's some value in looking further down the board at a pairing with both analytics and intangibles on their side.

Been a while, but Jordan Spieth is officially back inside the world’s top-10 again.
What a roller-coaster for Jordan Spieth...
After MC at Masters: "I hated it. It was the worst feeling as a golfer that I can remember."
After missing 18-inch putt yesterday: "I was about as upset as I've ever been. There's no excuse for those brainfarts."
And today? He wins.
Prior to today's victory, Jordan Spieth had finished outside of the top-25 in each of his previous six starts.
Allow me to be the absolute last person to point out that Jordan Spieth has won on Easter Sunday the last two years and next year the Masters ends on Easter Sunday. But y'all knew that already.

Kinda surprised Spieth didn't hole that bunker shot. Missed by a few inches.
I don't care how good you are, wouldn't want to be up against Spieth in a playoff when you both have bunker shots.

Thought you saw some Jordan Spieth magic on the course today? That's nothing. He just walked off the 18th down by a stroke and five minutes later, he's the solo leader.
Jordan Spieth with the clubhouse lead after a final-round 66 that included two eagles, two bad bogeys and three birdies, including one on the final hole that'll at least give the other guys something to think about down the stretch.
Even if he doesn't win today, would be massive for 54-hole leader Harold Varner III to play some solid golf down the stretch and build on this experience for future title contentions.
Checking out next week’s official Zurich Classic pairings and it’s nice to see Harold Varner III giving a chance to young Bubba Watson III.

Masters: -0.13 T2G/-0.65 putting
RBC: +3.06 T2G/-0.31 putting (so far)
They should make a new Ryder/Presidents Cup event, but it’s just Camerons against everyone else.
They’ll both start the day four shots off the lead, but it’ll be interesting to see whether countrymen/buddies Joaquin Niemann and Mito Pereira can feed off each other in the same pairing. If nothing else, a little preview of their Zurich Classic partnership next week.
The year is 2022 and 58-year-old Presidents Cup captain Davis Love III is currently in the top-20 of a PGA Tour event.

It's official: Scottie Scheffler is your 2022 Masters champion. What a heater. Dude has gone from winless to a four-time winner in less than two months. Now he's got a green jacket.
Probably feels pretty good to walk up 18 at Augusta National with a massive lead and your ball on the green.
With this victory, Scottie Scheffler will eclipse the $10 million mark in on-course earnings in 13 starts this season.
Last season, Jon Rahm led that list at just over $7.7 million.
They should make Scottie play the final three holes while wearing the green jacket, just for fun.
