Q&A: What is the single key to success?
3 Questions… Are you trying to add some muscle? What is your most pressing training question? What challenges are you facing right now in the gym?
“I don’t care!”. STOP saying that about anything to do with your life, your future, your time, your health, your appearance, your finances. You MUST care.
The more you “need”, the more it’s going to hurt when it gets taken away. Question your expectations, “shoulds” and attachments to move toward a life of true freedom.
You can take away anything I have. But you can never take away who I’ve become.
Your values represent the lens through which you make decisions. Are you conscious of your values? Are your values your own?
COACHES: How do you set yourself apart from the crowd of wannabe coaches?
COACHES: Scrolling and posting on Instagram & FB doesn’t get clients. Becoming someone worth following, developing a bulletproof skillset and the confidence to get results for ANY client will flood clients to your door. There is NO shortage of people looking to be coached.
There is nothing more attractive than someone passionately pursuing their dreams.
If you’re placing more value on the plastic trophy than you are the skills, habits and character you develop during the process, you’re missing the point.

You don’t have to apologize for who you were. You just need to take ownership for who you are.

What if the exercise you’re already doing was your greatest opportunity to become more mindful? What if you could become present and connect with your body, rather than mindlessly disconnecting? How would that affect your life outside of exercise?
Exercise 101: Everyone cheats for the exact same reason... To make it easier. They think doing more is the goal. (Hint: doing more is not the goal).
Want to build muscle: Create an INTERNAL FOCUS. *If you’re focused on something outside of your body, you’re completely missing the point.

Growth doesn’t happen as a result of reading the books, taking the courses or while you’re sitting in meditation. Growth happens when you’re in the middle of a conflict, stressed, afraid, angry or frustrated and you realize you get to choose a different path in your story. 🙏
