Sometimes I forget how bad my anxiety really is until I snap. Then it comes back full force how not ok I really am.

Every moment is important. It's hard to do, but spending too much time anticipating what could be takes away from enjoying what IS.

What works for you may not work for another. Be that taking medication or not,meditation, mindfulness,counseling,etc. By judging & shaming others in their journey to become healthy & happy you cause unneeded harm. Accepting differences without throwing stones is a peaceful path.
