I don't know what everyone's complaining about, the price of meat is the same.
4/4 care about their customer's accounts, time or service in general. Not a happy customer at all!
3/4 after the stated appointment time. Time has had to be taken off in order to be available only to find out that the techs were never scheduled. This has happened MULTIPLE times. We are looking into other options for our service since it seems as though @Ask_Spectrum doesn't
2/4 not what happened. Multiple times, technicians have been called and scheduled, telling the customer that a tech will out the following day all to have to call in to find out where the now late technician is. Tech support informed me that the job was just put on the schedule
1/4 Made an appointment for a tech to fix the lines that their tech tied into illegally (using another provider's equipment and lines). Being a new customer and a business account, we expect the basics like scheduling will be handled effectively. However, this is @GetSpectrum
