Swimming in outside pool when it’s raining ... so nice
Did #meditation class today ! I was emotional about certain things b4 but after the class I just wasn’t bothered at all about it ! Then we all picked a card & mine said Emotions r running High ! so true but the meditation helped so much ! Have got another class Wednesday & Friday
So ..am getting back into #yoga again !! Had a break but am always #meditating and do #childspose when I can .. but got 3 #yogaclasses and a #meditation class booked for next week !! Been doing a lot of #swimming too which is a meditation in itself ...I’m getting #zen for summer

When u first wake up there’s always many thoughts going round your head ... this is a good time to practice #meditation for just 5 minutes... it can be very difficult but each time yr mind wanders bring yr focus back to your #breathing

I guess when #god put me in #mentalhospital many times it was a training 4 something else higher in life -I tend to attract and am attracted to #toxic people and ppl in need of #healing so I need to find out how to #heal them -being #spiritual can definitely help anyone though
Im not a #psychologist or a #therapist but I’ve been around allsorts of #mentalillness and #alcoholics especially when in hospital and many were drawn to me and my empathetic ways and many recovered completely and don’t touch drink at all now
Been a bit #bipolar but it’s ok I’ve been managing this illness since I was 15 .. it’s tough & I’m off medication at times but too much #stress brings on episodes & I go back on meds again but a very low dose -one of the main reasons I am able to stay well is due to #meditation

Been making a point of doing #bedtimeyoga every night while listening to #asmr videos !! So relaxing and #therapeutic... you only need to set aside 20-30mins each night ....I find my skin looks more youthful too as anything involving #meditation is #AntiAging

Be careful if you are deliberately doing things to Harm Hurt or Spite people you could incite dark energy to yourself which could cause you a lot of harm Always be compassionate despite your jealousy of others Because what goes around truly comes around
