With Oct 5 Durham city primary now official, the Wake Co Board of Elections has scheduled 15 meetings in the next 90 days. We have 185 Durham city voters for Oct 5, plus 12 municipal elections Nov 2. Tuesday we appoint 208 chief judges and 416 election judges for 2-year terms
I’m a @newsobserver print subscriber (which also gives digital access which I use a lot). Just noticed today that the app redesign last weekend now gives me Durham Herald-Sun e-edition free along with the N&O.
In some of these with non-partisan October 5 primaries not all the races have primaries. Durham has Oct 5 primary for Mayor and Wards 1 and 2. Ward 3 goes straight to November 2 ballot. /2 #ncpol
