Another great day riding with our Team @LandRoverZA in the @CapeEpic . My partner and I finished stage 3 in 6 hours 40 min. A tough day on the bike and really hot conditions, but a beautiful part of the world in the surrounds of Tulbagh. #Untamed
Stage 1 of @CapeEpic complete. 98km and 1800m climbing - certainly wasn’t a walk in the park but my partner was strong as ever. Fantastic to be sharing experience with other @LandRoverZA teams. Thanks to @FreewheelZA, my @iamspecialized was perfect today!!
A real privilege to be riding with Team @LandRoverZA again in the @CapeEpic. Prologue tomorrow on @TableMountainNP, where my partner ‘Finny’ and I have done plenty training. Thanks to the Cape Epic team for organising a fantastic event in challenging times.
