What will food look like in the future? We can look to the language consumers use online to point to what they expect from our food system going forward. We are in a trial-and-error phase of culture when it comes to food.
A lot of work remains on the establishment of private voluntary carbon markets for farmers and ranchers. Many farmers and ranchers already use climate-smart practices. Any efforts to streamline carbon markets should incentivize those existing practices.
