If you don't want to "bother" people with your idea you'll end up working for somebody who thinks their idea is worth it. If your idea is worth something, start sharing it. A fear of rejection will hold you back.

4. Align your team around these goals. Your labor is likely your biggest expense, so make sure nobody is doing busy work. You now have 3 financial goals to hit, so get to work.
3. Clarify your marketing messages. Go through your website and emails and make sure they have clear offers and that your products are positioned as the solution to your customer’s problems. People only buy solutions to problems.
2. Prioritize products that are high in profit and in demand. Make sure you are driving the stuff that is truly holding your business up. Also, consider creating a new offering or package of products that will increase revenue and profit.
1. Clarify three economic goals you will accomplish over the next 2 years. It’s best if these are sales goals on specific products. This will focus your marketing and sales efforts around goals that will drive revenue and profit.
