@tkurdi @DavidLepofsky @davebrownradio Pretty consistently I've observed hoardings/barrier fences/etc placed in such a way that it's difficult to mange by cane & I expect far too narrow for anything with wheels. And of course construction vehicles using/blocking marked #accessible parking for their own convenience.
