I have some advice for when communicating with others. If you give someone an instruction make sure you tell the person What, When, Where, and most importantly, Why.
If you follow this framework your asks will be clear and concise.
‘Experience is what you got when you didn’t get what you wanted.’
This is some brilliant advice from Howard Marks, co-founder of Oaktree Capital. In other words, mistakes happen; they make you wiser and more judicious.

🔹In 2012, only 12.5% of FTSE 100 board positions were held by women. Today that number is 40%.
