I recently learned that magenta is not a spectral color —not in the rainbow. —our brains made it up. Weird. Keeps popping into my head. My first bass was magenta but they called it raspberry —like the beret.

Question. In my book the recipes will be in both F and C, grams and “cups.” For ease of reading the body will just be in one unit. Strangely I’m thinking F for temp but grams for weight. Thoughts? Also, I set my circ in C but my oven in F.

Years ago I was taught that after washing my chicken cutting boards with sani I should rub salt in them before they dry and leave them. Anyone else do this or know if it is effective.
