We have come a long way together and we are so close. Now is our chance to land something historic to help the world’s most impacted on the losses and damages of climate change and keep 1.5 alive at #COP27. We must accelerate climate action, not stall or backslide.

A lot of people who voted for Ford care about the Greenbelt. And they don't like it when politicians say one thing & do the opposite. Or when politicians hand over public lands which enrich developers in what looks like an exchange for political donations. Your vote matters.

There is an exceptional amount of land available for development, not yet build upon. An astronomical amount of building permissions, not yet exercised. Good clip busting up the myth that we *need* to upend our Greenbelt to build more homes. This is simply, factually, untrue. twitter.com/TheAgenda/stat…

Good for @TheSpec for calling out Ford & good for Hamiltonians for standing up to him. Sometimes you need to fight for things that really matter. And the Greenbelt is one of those things.
