Did winter bird transect today, 12km on foot on varied terrain. Ca. 1,200 birds of 38 species. Most numerous was #fieldfare, still lots of berries to eat. Poor tawny was pestered by choir of blackbirds. Espoo, Finland #BirdsSeenIn2021 #birdphotography #TwitterNatureCommunity

Lapwing celebrating sunset this evening. They start high in the sky, working their way down to the ground where they eventually roost for the night. What a lovely end to the weekend 😊 #TwitterNatureCommunityy#sunsett#Birdwatchingg#BirdsSeenIn20211@Natures_Voiceel
