Rosengart saw Robin's filing and said
Britney's attorney Mathew Rosengart immediately shut down Robin Greenhill's ex parte motion to push back the Tri Star court hearing. "Ms. Greenhill fails to present any legal basis for her ex parte request."

Update: Jamie Spears will sit for the deposition on August 12th. twitter.com/breatheheavyco…
It's unclear when Jamie's deposition will take place, but we know Rosengart will grill Jamie about surveilling Britney without her knowledge. He'll also demand Jamie hand over sensitive documents pertaining to the conservatorship and her finances, amongst other things.
Rosengart previously said there's no legitimate purpose to force Britney into a deposition and called the request "morally abominable" and "revenge."
At first, the judge was prepared to deny Jamie's motion to depose Britney, but ultimately decided to put that ruling off until July 27th.
Jamie and his lawyers are demanding Britney be deposed as well. It is believed they want to question Britney over accusations she made about how she was treated, including being put in a mental health facility against her will, not allowing her to get married and more.
At Britney's court hearing on Wednesday, the judge ruled Jamie Spears MUST sit for a deposition with Mathew Rosengart. 👏 That's a big victory for Britney considering Jamie has dodged Rosengart's repeated attempts to depose him.#JusticeForBritneyy0

Britney ran out of gas and said go call the po-lice
Jamie Spears trying to use Britney's words against her is imo yet another bullying tactic and an attempt to hurt her. He refuses to let her move on. #JusticeForBritney twitter.com/notedyourhonor…
Here's what Britney had to say way back in 2005 about tabloid garbage. @intouchweekly
all documents in the applicable Document Requests within seven days. Mr. Spears should further be ordered to cease his profligate and meritless motion practice and admonished against leaking documents in violation of Ms. Spears's I privacy, HIPAA, and related regulations."
Rosengart adds: "James Spears has now effectively admitted that Ms. Spears's motion should be granted, and that he must appear for his deposition and produce all responsive documents. We respectfully request that James Spears be so ordered to appear for his deposition and produce
"The record demonstrates otherwise, as he has been hiding from his deposition and proper, responsive document productions since 2021. Indeed, he has failed to produce any documents tied to Ms. Spears's Document Requests. Not one."
Jamie has refused to hand over important and pertinent documents, failed to sit for a deposition and is requesting Britney pay his attorneys fees. "James Spears's opposition claims that he is 'not refusing to appear or produce documents at his deposition,'" the docs state.
Remember when Jamie Spears called the #FreeBritney movement a conspiracy theory? In new court docs, Mathew Rosengart calls Jamie's opposition a "hodgepodge of illogical and unsupported conspiracy theories." 🙃#JusticeForBritneyyh
I understand where she’s coming from. It personally makes me feel bad for being in them when I know my intention was to help and uplift her, but I respect her viewpoint. 💯A2

Here it is in black and white: an email between Lou Taylor and Geraldine Wyle sent before the conservatorship was put in place discussing their urgent need to find a judge who would give Jamie Spears "the power to administer psychotropic drugs" to Britney.

Lou Taylor of Tri Star is trying to create a narrative that she had nothing to do with the creation of Britney’s conservatorship in February of 2008. Then explain this January 2008 email from Lou to Jamie Spears. 🤔z

If there's nothing to hide, surely Tri Star will have no problem handing over their financials, relevant documents and participating in a deposition, right? Riiiiight?
any documents in relation to allegedly secretly surveilling Britney without her knowledge.
give Jamie the power to administer psychotropic drugs." Rosengart also claims Tri Star took 5% of anything Britney earned throughout the conservatorship, that the company aligned itself with clients like the Kardashians because of Britney's name and demands Tri Star hand over
Additionally, one of Jamie's lawyers emailed Taylor before going to court to create the conservatorship in 2008 saying, "We have run into a problem with [the] judge selection ... the only judge who will be able to hear our case on Friday is the one drug [sic] who will not
Taylor wrote another email to a different lawyer before the conservatorship was established saying, "I look forward to working with you."
Rosengart is calling BS. He has an email, dated January 2008, the same time the conservatorship was put in place, from Lou Taylor to Jamie stating "he [attorney Andrew Wallet] and tri star will serve as co's [i.e., co-conservators] w you."
They added: "Tri Star was 'hired to be Ms. Spears’ financial manager a year after that conservatorship had already been put in place.'"
In December 2020, Lou Taylor via her legal team issued BreatheHeavy a cease and desist. In it, she claims she had "nothing to do with the planning or creation of the conservatorship for Britney Spears."
Rosengart says because Jamie received a lump sum of money from Tri Star at the inception of the conservatorship, there were strings attached. He's asking Tri Star to produce all the documents related to the deal, however Tri Star is asking the judge to block this request.
In newly filed legal docs, Rosengart points out right before Jamie Spears and the Los Angeles Superior Court put Britney into the conservatorship against her will, Jamie borrowed at least $40,000 from Tri Star.
Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, says Tri Star took more than $18 million throughout the conservatorship and lied to the judge claiming it had no involvement in the creation of the conservatorship.
It's unclear at this point how Jamie Spears will pay his legal fees to continue defending his alleged wrongdoing. He's asking the court for Britney to pay for his defense.
Jamie's declaration also does not address Vlasov's claims that Black Box mirrored Britney's phone to spy on her communications with her lawyer, mom and now husband (to which they reported the contents to Jamie and Robin Greenhill).
As @LizDay from the Times points out, it’s possible Jamie is parsing words by saying it's false that a listening device was placed in her bedroom, or he may try to blame Black Box as going rogue. twitter.com/LizDDay/status…
Interestingly, last year neither Jamie nor Black Box denied the surveillance accusations, both saying they acted within legal bounds. Now, Jamie is denying any knowledge of it.
heard having conversations with Sam Asghari, her kids and others. Vlasov said he didn't destroy the recordings, despite being asked to, because he didn't want to be complicit in whatever [the conservatorship team] was up to. The Times corroborated the recordings.
Former Black Box security agent, Alex Vlasov, of Britney's then security firm, previously gave the Times a USB drive with 180 hours of audio recordings from a listening device Black Box allegedly placed in Britney's bedroom with Jamie's approval. In the recordings, Britney can be
Per @nickhautman of @PageSix, Jamie also said that “if called and sworn as a witness,” he “could and would testify” that his declaration is “true and correct.” This directly contradicts the @nytimes' investigation last year.
He added: “I never conducted or authorized any surveillance of Britney’s bedroom at any time, including during the conservatorship. I am not aware of any such surveillance having occurred.”
“I am informed of the allegation … that a listening device or ‘bug’ was placed [in] her bedroom as surveillance during the conservatorship. This allegation is false,” Jamie said. twitter.com/notedyourhonor…
