Many rivers feed the sea of gun violence, but we can dam those rivers if we work together. Humbled to stand with Former President @BarackObama, @sandyhook Promise and more leaders to say in one voice: not one more. The gun violence crisis is ours to stop.

I am proud to have strong women like Sheena Wright and Camille Joseph Varlack on our team. They've got big shoes to fill, but they're more than up to the task. Let's #GetStuffDone for all New Yorkers!

LGBTQ+ history is New York City history. Today, Julius’ became a @nyclandmarks site to honor a revolutionary 1966 “sip-in” protest that helped break down discriminatory laws. Now people around the world flock to our city for its welcoming and joyful LGBTQ+ nightlife.

Lorraine Grillo and Frank Carone have been tremendous leaders for all New Yorkers, and we are all incredibly grateful for their service. They’re leaving behind big shoes to fill, but also a city that's coming back stronger and better than ever before.

Sheena Wright and Camille Joseph Varlack have what it takes to serve the city that we all love as first deputy mayor and chief of staff. I trust them, I am confident in their skills and commitment, and I look forward to working with them to #GetStuffDone for every New Yorker.

New York City is home to one of the best dodgeball teams in the world! This group won the world championship in 2018 representing the USA National Dodgeball Team. Join me in wishing them good luck as they seek another world cup win next week in Cairo.

This week's work was centered in the generosity of the spirit of New Yorkers. Not just our first responders who are on the frontlines, but every New Yorker whose heart and hopes are dedicated towards a safer and stronger city. nyc.gov/getstuffdone
Hell of a run and a hell of a team. @USMNT, you made your country proud and we can’t wait to join you to welcome the world to NYC-NJ in 2026. twitter.com/usmnt/status/1…
Who says you can't enjoy healthy sweets? We're back in the kitchen at Gracie Mansion for this holiday cookie edition of What's Cookin' NYC?
This is a true leader. Great talking with @USMNT Coach Gregg Berhalter before today’s big game. Good luck #TeamUSA! You’ve already made your country proud. #USAvNED
Dr. Mary Bassett has been an exemplary public servant. The women of this administration don't just have a seat at the table — they ARE the table. They lead the fight to #GetStuffDone every single day for this city and I'm proud to work with them.
When Rosa Parks sat down, she stood up for all of us. Her courage on that Montgomery bus 67 years ago today changed a country, stood up for equal rights and was a ray of hope for Black Americans and oppressed people everywhere. We’re never going back, we’re only going forward.
On #WorldAIDSDay, we reflect on those we've loved and lost but also the progress we've made and the work that still needs to be done to help the many affected communities, including Black and Latino New Yorkers. Today, let us recommit to the fight against AIDS & HIV.
With a flip of a switch the Christmas season is now in full swing in New York. When you visit the @rockcenternyc tree be sure to greet the many NYPD officers that will be keeping the area secure.

Powerful moment at the Holocaust Memorial in Athens today. Anti-Semitism is an insidious scourge that cannot be ignored. It must be confronted and defeated. That’s our job as mayors. And at the heart of that mission is to never forget this painful chapter of history.
