Overall, it was found that timing of exercise matters. Whether an individual fasted or was fed matters. These are factors to consider when monitoring blood glucose levels. #ADA2022
Interestingly, it was found that when men perform exercise training in the afternoon, they experience a lowering glucose effect. When exercising in the morning there was elevation in their blood glucose levels. #ADA2022
