When life gives you lemon verbena, you make a pilot beer. From Maine, With Love 04 brings bursts of citrus and herbaceousness from the lemon verbena that layer nicely onto this saison's tropical fruit notes. Releasing only at the brewery Thurs. 5/6, in 4-packs of 16oz. cans.
House Beer is back and we’re feeling crate (giant wink). This brewery favorite, with hop-forward notes of pear and grapefruit, is available now by the 4-pack or hand-crafted wooden crate, only at the brewery. Crate owners also benefit from nicely discounted refills, by the way.
Inspired by cherry-lime slushies and summer evenings at the drive-in, we took a foudre-aged sour ale and aged it on fresh, Maine-grown cherries. Then we added fresh lime zest for an extra citrus kick. Cherry Lime Times, avail. in our tasting room and beyond starting Thurs., 5/6.
Do you ever pair your beer with food? Here, the tangy peach vinaigrette tops off this Fennel and Chickpea Salad, which is balanced by our Little Grove Peach & Kombucha. Thanks to our friends at @littleleaflettuce for crafting this springy recipe.
Rob brewed the first batch of Allagash White in this warehouse exactly 26 years ago today. Thousands of batches later, we couldn't be more grateful to you for joining us on this adventure. We'd like to thank you for enjoying Allagash White and for believing in us all these years.
This solar array powers the building that houses the barrels and fermenters we use to age our wild beers. It has also managed to offset 297,754 lbs. of CO2 emissions so far, the equivalent of planting 2,250 trees. We like to think the beer would approve.
This is a pilsner unlike any other. We blend a classic pilsner with just a touch of wild beer to create Truepenny, our Belgian-inspired take on the style. Still crisp and dry, with a hint of fruitiness for all-day refreshment. Find it in 4pks of 16oz cans everywhere we're sold.
This view could be yours soon. This Sat., May 1st, we’re reopening our tasting room for the first time in over a year, and we can’t wait to see you. Check out our guidelines and FAQ's and make a reservation at allagash.com/visit.

Clean water = better beer. Our friends at Sebago Clean Waters help to preserve and maintain the forests surrounding our water source; that's why we’ve committed to donating 10 cents to them for every barrel of beer we brew, to the tune of $10k last year. #sebagocleanwaters
Our friends at @BeerChannel are curious types who recently pondered the age-old question: What is Lambic? Fortunately, they answer their own query with this fascinating deep-dive into the history and traditions of spontaneous beer. youtube.com/watch?v=1ARSSZ…
Nowaday, our easy drinking Belgian-style blonde ale, is fermented at colder temps like a lager to lend it a crisp, dry balance of flavor and refreshment. These 12-packs land in our Tasting Room this Thursday and will ship out everywhere our beer is sold in the coming weeks.

To make From Maine, With Love 03, we blend a sour blonde ale with juice from aronia and elderberries to create a beer with notes of raspberry, cherry, and a hint of dried apricot. The result? Unique, unexpected, heavenly, and only available at the brewery starting this Wednesday.

*Nature Documentary Voice* With the turning of the seasons, the lawn gamers return to their natural habitat. Frisbees in hand, beers perfectly chilled, they play until the ground turns hard and the harsh winds force them back indoors for another long winter.
Here’s a beer that you’ll only find in the sixteen counties that make up our fine state of Maine: Sixteen Counties. This golden ale is brewed with 100% Maine-grown grain and not only is it available all year, it tastes great no matter if it’s the sunny summer or mud season.

Today’s post is brought to you by the letter “O” as in Organic (Golden Ale) and Oysters. And it’s a nice coincidence that the two—our organic golden ale Fine Acre, and fresh, Maine oysters—happen to pair quite nicely.
From Maine, With Love #02 was inspired by a Boulevardier cocktail. By brewing with lambrusco grape must, angelica root, and bitter orange peel, this bourbon barrel-aged ale marries notes of orange zest, caramel, bourbon, and a hint of grape. Available Fri., only at the brewery.
Our tasting room is reopening for outdoor seating starting Sat., May 1! We'll have tents set up safely with several sizes of pours to enjoy, along with plenty of beer and merchandise available to go. Stay tuned for more details as we approach the date. We can’t wait to see you!
Fire up the grill; Truepenny has arrived. (Not that you’d grill the beer, just that you’d grill WITH the beer.) Our favorite pilsner blended with a touch of wild beer releases today at our brewery and is starting to ship out to everywhere we are sold.
You’re looking at our weekend brunch plans. A little bit of spritzy, lightly tart fruitiness from our Little Grove beers, plus a big ol’ spread of tasty cuisine. And might we be indulging in this feast before the classic beer-having hour of five o'clock? You’d better believe it.
Clean land makes clean water. We donate 10 cents from every barrel of beer we brew to protect the land around Sebago Lake, our brewery's water source. Last year, we donated $10k to Sebago Clean Waters, who has worked to preserve the Tiger Hill Preserve for years to come.
