Just realized we had a bunch of deliveries to the house. Sleep deprivation and crying baby = ignored the mail. Thank you for the lovely flowers and baby gifts!! :)
Headed home from the hospital. All 5lb and 5oz of me! Mommy and Daddy didn't think they'd need the newborn insert for the carrier for long, but I had my own plans. ;)
These two men have all of my heart. Sleepy hospital cuddles ftw.

Now have the dreaded hospital gown on, because I look like Frankenstein all wired up. Hope I don't scare this kid. Now fo
Hoping that we get to meet our son in the next two hours, because 34hrs of labor has been exhausting!
Already told FB but for twitter friends... 31hrs into labor and still no kiddo. Just got an epidural (hence updating social media).
Doc said we probably won't deliver until the morning. 80% effaced, but only 1cm dilated, so I swapped the hospital gown for my own nightgown and feel 10x more human! It's gonna be a long night, might as well get comfortable.
This is my between contractions face, but now in "active" labor. Will move us out of triage and into a delivery room soon.
Thanks guys! Probably can't tweet much longer. Contractions are 3:45 apart and getting intense. Will FB longer though. LOL
It's baby go time. Let's do this!

And now for some fetal monitoring... we get to do this weekly until he's born or shows some serious weight gain. They gave me a button to push whenever he moves. It looks like an "eject" button for the chair.
This is happening right now. Baby is measuring 35 weeks and 5lbs 1oz and we're 35 weeks and 5 days along. A little small, but hopefully doc says all good.

We do have this giant thing in the backyard bursting with color. What is it?
The neighbors have gorgeous tulips coming in and lush grass. We need to figure out this whole owning a yard thing, but I'm happy to pay someone until after the baby comes since there's so much happening right now.
Mentally and physically spent. I wish my body let me take naps, but brainlessly sitting outside in gorgeous weather will have to do.
