Website” means the website that you are currently using (twiends.com) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. support.twiends.com unless expressly excluded)

Webcandy” means Webcandy Limited, the owner of twiends, the Website, and the provider of the Services.

3.1 We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Webcandy, and when you report a problem with our site.

3.2 We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

10. Your rights

You may access certain areas of twiends without providing any Data at all. However, to use all Services and Systems available on twiends you may be required to submit Account information or other Data.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
