Treadmills can be boring so mix it up & run for 3 minutes then walk slow for 2 minutes uphill until you get to 30 minutes.
Cut up your veggies & put them in containers right when u get back frm the store 2 have easy access 2 healthy choices.
Choose the right snacks to munch on.
