With some water, I get the earthy note again, bordering on soft peat smoke. Sweet vanillas more apparent too. Cream deluxe. #TasiWhisky

Incredibly mouth coating style. Just shows that if you've got a good cask it doesn't matter what age it is! #taswhisky

With a drop of water it becomes very creamy indeed, creme brûlée with a gentle peat smoked finish #TasiWhisky

A touch of water brings all the flavours together, harmonious and so easy going. #TasiWhisky
Very tropical without being too sweet. Smooth for 60%, pastry with vanilla touches. #TasiWhisky
Do we have a retail price for this yes? #TasiWhisky
@champdenwhite I'd say its fresh, spray painted varnish on the production line in an Ikea factory #TasiWhisky

High notes of varnish, like furniture restoration varnish. Not harsh. #TasiWhisky
@MasterOfMaltJM @champdenwhite do they even have Chewits in Australia? There's a whole lot of whisky drinkers going "hmmm what's this note?"

Overall a lovely whisky, nicely put together, there seems to be craftsmanship with precision one expects from Japan. #TasiWhisky
Certainly with a touch of water. Or maybe a little sweeter...Tangerines? #TasiWhisky…
Whoever said blackberries, I'm with them, fresh blackberries and blackberry Chewits, #TasiWhisky
Fabulous fruity notes as it opens up. Refreshers and raspberries. #TasiWhisky
I can understand the Aussie port bringing sweetness to the table. #TasiWhisky
Hugely drinkable as you say, yet with a good amount of complexity to keep the buds interested. #TasiWhisky
At 43% they have certainly made a hugely easy to drink dram. #TasiWhisky
The sherry notes are big, the spices are big. It's a big whisky, but god does it go down easily. #TasiWhisky
Tiny stills, tiny casks... it's all very compact over at Overeem #TasiWhisky

@worldofspirits definitely an oily note to the NM! Delicious to sip, raw sweet corn and pea shoot long into the finish #TasiWhisky

really creamy with water and the citrus notes are lifted. #TasiWhisky
@ErnestHemingMay Yes definitely has a mezcal quality, I was trying to remember what it reminded me off #TasiWhisky

Higher notes of citrus a little like Geneva but also cerial. #TasiWhisky
soft on the nose. Not 2 much nose prickle considering the strength. Big on palate but smooth, so well balanced. Corn and butter #TasiWhisky

Beer really brings out the peat in the barley. #TasiWhisky
Quite a fruity beer, balanced with a touch of earthyness. #TasiWhisky
