2. The fear of criticism/ failure or rejection is stopping you from taking action
Being aware of which type you fall into is the first step to overcoming your procrastination.
The deferred life plan is when you do what you have to do before you do what you want to do.
It uses lack of time, money or education as an excuse to justify why you’re not pursuing your ultimate goals and dreams.
