We often think it’s always better to open the windows when it’s hot, but it’s not. Sometimes, the air outside your home can even be warmer than the air inside your home. Opening the windows lets cool air escape and hot air enter, resulting in a hotter inside.
A message for the safety industry: Can we stop setting compliance expectations with the things that add no value or do not deliver a safer world of work. Safety will never be a form, a checklist, a sign-in book or a sign that reads "safety first".

Creating safety is much more efficient and effective than preventing accidents.
It’s disheartening to hear β€˜elf and safety’ being used as an excuse about contractors can't wear shorts. Wake up. Shorts are NOT banned from construction sites. Sensible risk assessment is key.
Let’s be honest. Not many contractors read and understand RAMS. They Just sign them.
If you are about to introduce a solution to a safety problem, remember the people doing the work can give you the best feedback.
