Too many salespeople brag about a "full" pipeline when really, a "narrow" pipeline is best. A narrow pipeline of quality leads means you have leads who match your ideal customer profile (ICP). Leads who match your ICP mean you don't need to discount your price to make the sale.
Sales leaders build their day around their schedule. When you ditch the to-do list, it's amazing how much you save your greatest asset: time.
Your customers don’t want to buy from you! What they want to do is invest in a solution to help them achieve the outcome they’re looking for.
7 ways to know if a lead qualifies as a prospect:  1. ICP match 2. Client observations 3. Based belief 4. Need/Challenge/Problem 5. Decision-making process 6. Next steps 7. Potential solution
If leads aren't willing to be forthcoming in terms of helping you understand their challenges or needs, then there is no need to be spending time with them.

When it comes to prospecting and sales… You can have all the apps and hacks you want. You can even have a great list of customers and super products. But you won’t be successful if your mindset isn’t in the right place. Your mindset drives far more than you will ever realize.
Don’t measure your success by what others think, measure it by what you believe.
Anyone can dream, many will plan, but it’s up to you to go past both and make it happen!
You create value with your prospects by having each message be different. Sales is about creating value and it starts with how you sell.

The BEST sales presentation is NO presentation. The formal presentation is a crutch used by lazy salespeople who don’t know their product or service well enough. Instead, we must focus on the conversation.
7 reasons prospects 👻 you and how to prevent it: 1. Failing to see the value 2. Lack of interest 3. No new insights 4. Turned off by sales tactics 5. Other, more pressing issues 6. Timing 7. Status
