Hi @KCCAUG @KCCAED @nemaug Remember #InfrastructureUG? Balimwezo road, in Mutungo, is being destroyed by trucks ferrying soil (they start at 1900hrs and keep at it most of the night) from the hill to some undisclosed location (hence NEMA because...we know.) @ABarirega @NKarekaho
