When you begin to understand that there is physical world and a quantum world that exist simultaneously then you will also understand that there is a physical and spiritual world and that there is a creator, a beginning and there will be an end. Seek and you will find God.
"Nutritionism" is the science of assuming food is only nutrients. High nutrient food that is full of toxins, causes inflammation and makes you sick isn't good for health. Healthy food must be nutrient dense, organic, and make you healthy. Don't be duped by "nutrients" alone.
Pork is a good source of vitamins & minerals. But, that doesn't make it healthy. Even deep fried, junk food and fortified processed food can be high in those same nutrients. What matters isn't nutrients alone but how the food in general affects health. twitter.com/MercyAmpaire1/…
Many foods are rich in vitamins & minerals. Even deep fried, junk food and fortified processed food can be high in those same nutrients. Nutrients alone aren't important. It's how food in general affects health that matters. Don't be decived by the mention of nutrients. twitter.com/ImeriOdisi/sta…
Never take for granted that you can breathe. The day you can't, that will be the end of you. Never take for granted health. The day you lose it will also be the end of you. Life is precious. Protect and cherish it.
Self control and the ability to delay gratification is where real power is. Instant gratification and the need to please the flesh takes away your power and subjects you to the control of those who can say NO to their bodies.
Dark chocolate (at least 80% dark but preferably more than 90%), is a healthy snack every once in a while. Enjoy it.

Please don't use antibacterial soap to wash your private parts. You need that bacteria down there to prevent you getting infections including against STIs. Use regular soap and water. Thanks.
Eat more of your food uncooked such as fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds. #healthtip

80% of health or disease begins with what you put in your mouth. Never forget, all your body cells are made from your the food you eat. Junk food can't make healthy cells especially for children. So, is your mouth a rubbish bin or a treasure chest? You are what you eat..

Many won't want to hear this but the truth is our common chapati is bad for your health. They may be tasty, affordable and convenient but they're made from refined wheat, refined oil and refined salt. Refined wheat is probably worse than sugar. Please, eat less chapati 🙏🏾TL

There are alternatives to refined grains. 1. Whole grains to make bread 2. Whole wheat, pumpkin or cassava flour for chapati and panckaes 3. Whole grain cereal and oats 4. Whole maize instead of refined maize flour used for posho, ugali 5. Brown rice instead of white rice.

Your wife not alcohol should intoxicate you. "....rejoice in the wife of your youth. A lovely deer, a graceful doe. May her breasts satisfy you always; may you be intoxicated always with her love." - Proverbs 5: 18-19
One of the most counterintuitive things you can do is go out to drink beer/alcohol after a workout.🤷🏾‍♂️ Alcohol is bad for muscle building, delays post workout muscle recovery, can worsen dehydration but worst of all will promote fat storage.
A good example of a light healthy meal.... I hope this is your daily lunch😀twitter.com/CanaryMugume/s…j

When death draws near, perspective on food and life in general changes and becomes clear. Before that, many of us have a clouded perspective on what is most important.😊

If you’re a man experiencing large changes in weight, sleep, mood, and experience physical pains like headaches and stomachaches, you may be having #mentalhealth issues. In this case trying to "man up" may not be a wise choice. Talk to a doctor to see what the problem could be.

We should avoid adding sugar to drinks such as juice and tea. The human body converts starch to sugar for our use. Sugar levels will rise after a meal. It’s important to avoid added sugar, or consuming processed foods that have loads of sugar. @drkasenene @ambiineron twitter.com/mbiineron/stat…
